The Rape Treatment Center (RTC) at Santa Monica-UCLA Medical Center is in the interview and discovery phase of their Collaborate™ implementation. RTC offers comprehensive, free treatment for sexual assault victims and their families, including 24-hour emergency medical care, forensic examinations, crisis intervention, long-term professional counseling, advocacy, and accompaniment services. The RTC is the only facility in Los Angeles, and one of the few in the country, where sexual assault victims can receive all of the services they need in one place, 24 hours a day. Since 1974, over 30,000 victims have received the RTC's expert care.

(NNI) are proud to announce that the Rafael Center Programs, an organization dedicated to providing case-management services for adults who are HIV positive, have contracted with PSTI to build a case management software solution to support all of the offices and agencies within the organization.

The web-based solution is designed to track and manage several programs that include the following: housing, health care, transitional shelter programs and adult day programming. Among the many benefits of the software, Rafael Center staff will now have the ability to produce a variety of reports and conduct analysis in real-time - reducing the amount of effort needed for weekly, quarterly and annual reports for grantors and funding resources.

The web-based application will enable all CARPLS staff with the ability to handle the thousands of incoming cases received on an annual basis. The solution will allow CARPLS attorneys anywhere in the country to work on a single collaborative platform.
