Ohio Network of Children's Advocacy Centers signs Network Ninja, Inc. to provide statewide case tracking solution
Chicago, IL - May 29, 2003 - Network Ninja, Inc. (NNI) (networkninja.com) announced today that the Ohio Network of Children's Advocacy Centers (ONCAC) has chosen the NNI Case Tracking software to track and manage child abuse cases for every Children's Advocacy Center (CAC) in Ohio. The web-based solution will enable ONCAC and its partner agencies to perform case management specific to child abuse on a standard, statewide platform for each of the 88 Counties within the state.
"ONCAC was looking for a solution that would allow our affiliate agencies throughout the state to perform their jobs without the burden of untimely and redundant non-electronic tasks," stated Ben Murray, Executive Director of ONCAC. "NNI was chosen because of their extensive background working with social service agencies. The fact that their technology has had years of proven real-world successes was a major factor."
The software allows for collaboration between all associated parties, including local law enforcement, prosecutor's offices, mental health organizations, and family services departments. Features of the software include automated checklists and prompts to ensure that all tasks are completed for each case and automated reports for federal and state grantors such as the United Way, Victim of Crimes Act (VOCA), and the National Children's Alliance (NCA). In addition to management and sophisticated reports and analysis functionality, through the use of NNI's Geometrics module, case information can be used to perform geographical reports shown on a map of Ohio detailing case and offender information to visually pinpoint specific locations.
